2012 Partners and Patrons Team Golf of San Marcos
Inviting all businesses to participate in a fun and unique opportunity to play golf in a relaxed atmosphere with your coworkers and patrons. The format is simple. Teams consist of employees and/or patrons of each business forming a 4 person scramble. The format allows businesses to network with staff and patrons while at the same time enjoying a fun competition.
A traveling trophy will be presented to the winning team after each event and their business name along with the team members will be posted in both our newsletter and in the pro shop. The event will be held monthly. The field will be limited to 23 teams at each event and businesses will be allowed more than one team on a space available basis. An initial deadline will be posted and if there is space available after the initial deadline then businesses will be allowed 2 or more teams to sign up.
Entry fee per 4 person team is $150 per event. Teams will not only be competing for the month’s bragging rights and traveling trophy, but for team prizes and closest-to-pin and long drive as well. The business will submit the 4 person team’s individual player’s handicap or average score. Teams will be handicapped at 50% of the average team handicap. Team handicaps will be adjusted on a month to month basis for the competition to be fair.
Businesses wishing to be a hole sponsor for the 2012 season have the opportunity at $150. For that $150 you will have a sponsor sign on a tee for the entire 2012 series of 12 events in addition to a sponsor plaque that will be on display in the Quail Creek Pro Shop.
